Holy Matrimony of Albert and Melissa

March 5th - 1st Church Wedding for 2011 kickstart at bride's house in Senawang where my contact Mr Adrian lead me and Prem to her house. Melissa's family was delighted with our presence and spent 30 mins snapping family photos with her. We then followed white Toyota Camry of the bride's car to Churh of the Visitation in Jalan Sikamat.

Sharp 4.00pm the wedding bells was ringed and the wedding ceremony officially started in a  very bright day. The groom Albert and Melissa was perfect match with all the cheerful smiles.

After an hour the ceremony came to end and followed by photo session.The second half was the grand reception at Tafe College, Seremban Hall. At 8.00pm the newly married couple marched into the hall crowded with relatives and friends. Check out the cherished moments.............

Komagan's 1st Year Birthday

Feb 26 - Cheras 2 1/2 mile condominium at swimming pool side, Mr and Mrs Siva celebrated Komagan's 1st year birthday. Having covered the couples engagement, wedding, a family member birthday (same location) and now I got the privilege to photograph their son.

Siva who have recommended few assignments and have booked the date two months in advance. I arrived at the location 7.15pm and saw the place was well decorated with colorful ballons and mouth watering delicious food in buffet setting.

The cake cutting ceremony was cherished by family and friends after the had a good dinner. This was followed by fireworks and Clown's Gallata. See the fun of Komagan with many guests attention given to him.

Ragavi's 2nd Year Birthday

Feb 15 - Today being holiday and Tuesday (temple operating day). The priest Mr and Mrs Ramu had the birthday of their second daughter Baby Ragavi who's birthday fall yesterday on Valentine's Day being celebrated today. The cake cutting ceremony took place just in front of Devi Periyachi.Attended by relatives and friends.

Again I was honoured to capture the photos which I have been doing for the temple and for Gayathiri (the 1st daughter) since her naming ceremony.

Engagement of Ganesh with Saras

Feb'12 - Taman Garing Utama, Rawang. Although the sky was dark but it never rained as worried by Saras family members. At 7.00 pm Saras was ready and did her initial photoshots but Ganesh was nowhere arrived till 8.15pm. It seems the groom side members waited for their relatives to first arrive and come in group at 8.30pm.

Eventhough the function started late by an hour but the priest was calm and did all the necessary rituals. As the engagement was conducted in Telugu tradition many customs was included which dragged the engagement much longer than usual. This was further extended with cake cutting ceremony.

Throughout the ceremony Saras father was very jovial and Saras has natural big smile on her face. While Ganesh looks very tough but posed well for all photos.

 

Wedding of Aravinthan with Parvathi

Feb 6, Kampung Batu Untung, Tanjung Sepat - The place seems to be out from Malaysian road map as it was not found in Nokia Ovi, Google Map and Dromoz my usual road map confirming tools. Called  Arvin few days ahead to get some the landmark where he mentioned 2.5km from Ladang Gadong, Banting. 

The place looks cool, serene and many Indian people settled here owning palm oil plantations. This wedding has different style compared to town weddings where the groom walks from his house to the temple accompanied by musicians and family members. The bride  came to the temple in Merc as she was travelling from Telok Panglima Garang.

The wedding happened in simple setup with all the blessing from the community. This event was co-photographed by Prem who left with me at 5am from Cheras.We like the temple surrounding which was quiet and calm.
